Red LED Light Therapy

Red LED Light stimulates cells responsible for tissue repair and regeneration. This treatment is suitable for all skin types and ages.

Red LED Light Therapy is a very gentle, non-invasive treatment which requires no ‘downtime’. The light signals the body to naturally convert light energy into cell energy without causing undue damage or discomfort as it does not require the removal of the epidermis.

The Light works by activating the body’s own natural rejuvenation process and local cellular metabolism to help counteract the signs of aging. By promoting circulation and stimulating the skin’s fibroblasts this leads to a natural increase in collagen and elastin production which can improve skin tone and texture, help to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, reduce redness (rosacea) and inflammation, improve hyperpigmentation and sun damage as well as promoting brighter, smoother, more youthful-looking skin.

This is not an overnight results treatment as it’s merely accelerating the natural cellular process. Some people may see results in as little as a few days and others can take a month or two.

Although Red LED Light Therapy is safe to receive every day a typical treatment regime would be one 20 minute session twice a week for four weeks or one 30 minute session every 7-10 days for six weeks. Most people find that follow-up sessions every two or three months are essential in maintaining a youthful appearance and to help slow down the onset of aging, particularly fine lines and wrinkles.

Red LED Light Therapy is an excellent add-on treatment after Micro Needling, Facial Acupuncture, Microdermabrasion and Eastern Facial Massage.
